唇部組織缺損一期修復(fù)重建的外科研究進展

[摘要]唇部是顏面部重要的美學(xué)器官和生理器官，先天性疾病、炎癥、外傷和腫瘤等眾多因素均可導(dǎo)致唇部組織缺損。目前唇部組織缺損的修復(fù)方式眾多，但部分術(shù)式需要行二期斷蒂和修整，給患者的生理、心理和經(jīng)濟帶來了多重負擔。本文就近年來唇部組織缺損一期修復(fù)重建的手術(shù)方式、技術(shù)改良和進展，適應(yīng)證及優(yōu)缺點展開綜述。

Progress in One-stage Surgical Reconstruction of Labial Defects

Abstract： The lip is an important aesthetic and physiological organ of the face. Many factors， such as congenital diseases， inflammation， trauma，tumors can lead to labial defects. There are many ways to repair labial defects at present. However， some methods require secondary surgery to perform pedicle division and refinement，which increases the physical， psychological and financial burdens of patients. This article reviews the surgical methods， technical improvement and progress， indications， advantages and disadvantages of one-stage reconstruction of labial defects.
