煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)常見故障分析及防護(hù)

摘要：煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)在煤炭生產(chǎn)中占據(jù)重要位置，但結(jié)合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀來看，該裝置的故障發(fā)生率偏高，極大影響了企業(yè)的正常生產(chǎn)。為解決上述問題，將詳細(xì)分析煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)的常見故障，包括運(yùn)輸帶跑偏、運(yùn)輸帶斷裂、運(yùn)輸帶火災(zāi)等，之后，針對(duì)如何有效解決上述問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策，希望為相關(guān)人員的工作有所幫助。

Common Fault Analysis and Protection of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract： Coal mine belt conveyor occupies an important position in the coal production， but combined with the production status of the enterprise， the failure incidence of the device is high， which greatly affects the normal production of the enterprise. In order to solve the above problems， the common faults of coal mine belt conveyor are analyzed in detail， including the deviation of transportation belt， transportation belt fracture and transportation belt fire， etc. After that， the corresponding solutions are put forward for how to effectively solve the above measures， hoping to help the work of relevant personnel.
