機(jī)制砂高質(zhì)量加工與混凝土應(yīng)用研究
摘要:機(jī)制砂具有料源穩(wěn)定、氯離子含量低等特點(diǎn),在混凝土中應(yīng)用廣泛。依托某公路工程,開(kāi)展粉砂巖機(jī)制砂高質(zhì)量加工與應(yīng)用研究,重點(diǎn)介紹了粉砂巖機(jī)制砂高質(zhì)量加工技術(shù),分析了石粉含量對(duì)高性能混凝土工作性能的影響,提出了“六區(qū)兩室一池”的機(jī)制砂場(chǎng)區(qū)布局以及人工與機(jī)械相結(jié)合的三級(jí)分揀技術(shù)。

Abstract: Machine-made sand is widely used in concrete because of its stable material source and low chloride content. Based on a certain highway project, the research on high-quality processing and application of siltstone machine-made sand is carried out. It focuses on the high quality processing technology of siltstone machine-made sand, analyzes the influence of stone powder content on the workability of high-performance concrete, and puts forward the layout of "six zones, two chambers and one pool" of machine-made sand field and the three-level sorting technology combining manual and mechanical methods.

隨著國(guó)家“節(jié)能環(huán)?!钡纳钊胪七M(jìn),天然砂資源的限制開(kāi)采,目前市場(chǎng)的天然砂資源成本高,料源不穩(wěn)定,天然砂的品質(zhì)愈來(lái)愈差,氯離子含量超標(biāo)最為典型,而且供貨不及時(shí),很難獲取,嚴(yán)重影響結(jié)構(gòu)物質(zhì)量和施工進(jìn)度。(剩余1975字)
