Abstract： Inorder toensure thesafetyof highwaypavement，thispaper takes the SBSmodifiedasphalt pavementof a certainlevelof highwayengineringasanexample，andanalyzestheconstructiontechnologyofSBSmodifiedasphalt pavement fromtheaspectsof modifedasphaltproduction，mixratiodesign，andasphaltconcretemixing，transportation，paving，and compaction.Aftertheconstructioniscompleted，thestandarddeviationofflatnessandcompactionoftheasphaltpavementare inspected，andtheinspectionresultsallmettheequirementsoftespecification.Theresearchresultscanprovideeferencefor the construction of similar asphalt pavement.
