Abstract：Inorder toimprovethesealingqualityofundergroundgasdrainage boreholesin ShaquNo.1Coal Mine，based onthetestbasis，thesealingqualityofcurrentgasdrainageboreholeswasobjectivelyanalyzedthroughboreholesealingquality evaluationandboreholeleakagedetectionmethods.Anew"hard-soft-hard”sandwichboreholesealing technologysuitableforthe specialdrllingconstructiontechnologyof"sealingtheholefirst，thencompletingthehole"inShaquNo.1CoalMinewas proposed，andthesealingefectwascarredoutinthebeltlaneofthe42workingface.ComparativetestResearchhasshown thatduetotheinfluenceofdrilingconstructiontechnology，itisdifcultforexpandedcementtoadapttothecontinuous disturbanceofthedrillpipeandthedynamicdeformationoftheborehole，resultinginseriousairleakageintheboreholesealing section，the deviation of the borehole gas drainage concentration reaches 69.2% ，and the borehole sealing quality is poor. The newprocessutilizesthehighadhesion，highpermeabilty，andadaptivedeformationcharacteriticsofflexiblegelsalingmaterials toachievea1.8-foldincreaseintheaveragegasdrainageconcentrationinasinglehole，andthegasdrainageffectis significantly improved.
