塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產線的設計與開發(fā)

摘  要：該文探討塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產線的研發(fā)過程，分析產線的機械結構與電氣系統的設計方案。在機械結構方面，設計上料機構和理料機構。在電氣系統方面，該產線采用先進的控制技術和智能化設備。該文的研究不僅為塑料瓶蓋瑕疵分揀產線的設計提供理論支持和實踐經驗，還為其他類似產線的研發(fā)提供參考。

Abstract： This paper explores the research and development process of the plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line， and analyzes the design scheme of the mechanical structure and electrical system of the production line. In terms of mechanical structure， the feeding mechanism and material handling mechanism are designed. In terms of electrical system， the production line adopts advanced control technology and intelligent equipment. The research of this paper not only provides theoretical support and practical experience for the design of plastic bottle cap defect sorting production line， but also provides reference for the research and development of other similar production lines.
