某市政工程頂管施工異常問題處理技術(shù)分析

摘  要：某市政項(xiàng)目排水管道頂管施工因地下障礙物、不明管線、地質(zhì)條件變化等發(fā)生較多異常問題，施工單位采取開天窗、逆套管、回退頂管機(jī)、調(diào)整施工工藝等措施處理，在后續(xù)施工中采取微動觸探等預(yù)防措施，最終順利完成管道施工。

Abstract： Many abnormal problems occurred in the pipe-jacking construction of drainage pipeline of a municipal project due to underground obstacles， unknown pipelines， changes in geological conditions， etc. The construction unit took measures to open the skylight， reverse the casing， reverse the pipe-jacking machine， adjust the construction process， and finally completed the pipeline construction.

市政工程管道施工中，頂管施工技術(shù)較為常用，此方法無需開挖施工，可利用工作坑中的頂進(jìn)設(shè)備提供的頂力抵消管道及其周邊土壤摩擦力，再按照設(shè)計坡度將管道頂入土中。（剩余6192字）
