絡合鐵法在煉廠尾氣治理中的應用

摘  要：該文介紹采用絡合鐵脫硫工藝治理春風原油煉廠尾氣出現(xiàn)的壓濾機房和氧化塔有惡臭氣味、溶液渾濁等問題，并進行分析，采取絡合鐵裝置前增設吸油塔、水解保護塔，凈化氣達到除油率超過95%、有機硫轉化率超過90%后再進入絡合鐵脫硫裝置的方法解決，效果良好。

Abstract： This paper introduces the application of complexing tower desulfurization process to treat the problems such as foul smell and solution turbidity in the filter press room and oxidation tower of the exhaust from Chunfeng Crude Oil Refinery. Through analysis， the method of adding an oil absorption tower and a hydrolysis protection tower in front of the complexing iron device is adopted to solve the problem. The purified gas enters the complexing iron desulfurization device after the oil removal rate is more than 95% and the organic sulfur conversion rate is more than 90%， thus realizing a satisfying effect.
