摘  要：通過(guò)介紹低壓計(jì)量箱對(duì)國(guó)網(wǎng)公司的重要性，設(shè)計(jì)低壓計(jì)量箱自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，分別介紹輸送接駁單元、外殼靜載能力試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)模塊、沖擊載荷試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)模塊、計(jì)量箱綜合試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)模塊和樣條切割模塊，之后對(duì)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)規(guī)程、硬件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)介紹。最后，驗(yàn)證檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)方案的有效性和先進(jìn)性。

Abstract： Through the introduction of the importance of low voltage metering box of the State Grid Company， the design scheme of automatic testing system for low-voltage metering box is designed. the conveying connection unit， shell static load capacity test module， impact load test module， metering box comprehensive test module and spline cutting module are introduced respectively， and the test rules and hardware design of the detection system are introduced systematically. Finally， the effectiveness and advanced nature of the detection system are verified.
