基于投影尋蹤與傅里葉級(jí)數(shù)的中藥復(fù)方藥效建模

摘  要：利用數(shù)學(xué)模型優(yōu)化復(fù)方不同藥味配伍和劑量配比成為中醫(yī)復(fù)方配伍研究的一種重要的手段。文章基于投影尋蹤（Projection Pursuit，PP）和傅里葉級(jí)數(shù)理論，建立一種基于投影尋蹤和傅里葉級(jí)數(shù)的中藥復(fù)方的綜合藥效與不同配伍間的非線性映射模型。仿真結(jié)果表明，該模型是有效的。

Abstract： Using mathematical model to optimize the compatibility and dose ratio of compound prescription has become an important means in the study of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription. Based on Projection Pursuit （PP） and Fourier series theory， this paper establishes a nonlinear mapping model between comprehensive efficacy and different compatibility of traditional Chinese herb compound prescription based on projection pursuit and Fourier series. The simulation results show that the model is effective.
