軌道車輛構(gòu)件油漆起鼓脫落問題分析及檢測(cè)方案研究

摘要：針對(duì)某型車輛運(yùn)行過程中的油漆起鼓、脫落問題進(jìn)行了研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)貫通性缺陷為主要誘因，分別通過壓力氣泡檢測(cè)、無壓液體滲漏檢測(cè)、磁粉檢測(cè)、相控陣超聲波檢測(cè)和渦流檢測(cè)對(duì)貫通性缺陷進(jìn)行了工藝試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明：壓力氣泡檢測(cè)為最優(yōu)檢測(cè)方案。

Analysis and solution of paint swelling and peeling of railway rolling stock in service

Abstract： The problem of paint swelling and peeling during the operation of a certain type of rolling stock was studied in this paper. It is found that penetration defect is the main cause. The penetration defects were studied by carrying out the experiments of pressure bubble testing， non-pressure liquid leakage testing， magnetic particle testing， phased array ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing. The results show that the pressure bubble testing is the optimal scheme.
