摘要:通過碳當(dāng)量和冷裂紋敏感系數(shù)計(jì)算,以及硬度、金相組織檢測等試驗(yàn)方法,對汽車輪輻和輪輞用鋼熱軋馬氏體雙相鋼MH600DP和貝氏體雙相鋼MH540FB的焊接性,以及MAG焊角接接頭焊縫組織、顯微硬度分布進(jìn)行了研究。研究成果具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: Investigates the weldability of hot-rolled martensitic dual-phase steel MH600DP and bainitic dual-phase steel MH540FB for automotive wheel spokes and rims through calculations of carbon equivalent, cold cracking sensitivity coefficient, hardness, and metallographic analysis. The research includes the study of MAG welded butt joint weld seam structure and microhardness distribution. The research findings have certain practical significance and application value.
