摘要：針對試驗裝載機環(huán)類墊片零件在工作過程中端面承受摩擦力較大、平面單側(cè)淬火變形不易控制的難題，通過感應器設計和工藝調(diào)試，使零件變形得到有效控制。

Abstract： In view of the problems that the end face of ring gasket parts of test loaders bears much friction and the deformation of plane one-side quenching is difficult to control during the working process， through the design of inductor and process adjustment， the deformation of parts can be effectively controlled.
