煤礦井下帶式輸送機定制化設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

[摘 要]煤礦井下帶式輸送機作為高效的運輸工具，由于使用地點的地質(zhì)、地形條件不同，需要針對每條帶式輸送機在運行、安裝中遇到的問題進(jìn)行定制化設(shè)計。文章主要闡述了冀中能源峰峰集團(tuán)辛安礦主井強力帶式輸送機和梧桐莊礦永磁電機直驅(qū)主井強力帶式輸送機定制化設(shè)計及應(yīng)用成果。

Customized Design and Application of Underground Belt Conveyors in Coal Mines

[Abstract]As an efficient transportation tool， coal mine belt conveyors need to be customized for the problems encountered during the operation and installation of each belt conveyor due to the different geological and topographical conditions of the usage location. This paper mainly describes the customized design and application results of the power belt conveyor in the main shaft of Xin’an Coal Mine and the power belt conveyor in the main shaft of wutong Zhuang Coal Mine with permanent magnet motor direct drive in Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group.
