大型泵站立式水泵機(jī)組大修管理的質(zhì)量控制策略

[摘    要]為解決大型泵站立式水泵機(jī)組生產(chǎn)大修管理問題，深入分析了大型泵站立式水泵機(jī)組的龐大體型、復(fù)雜構(gòu)件內(nèi)容，證實(shí)了大修管理工作任務(wù)是相當(dāng)繁重的。為此，提出了針對(duì)大型泵站立式水泵機(jī)組的大修管理規(guī)劃、大修管理技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、大修管理進(jìn)度表、大修管理技術(shù)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用解決措施。

Quality Control Strategy for Overhaul Management of Vertical Water Pump Units in Large Pumping Stations

[Abstract]In order to solve the problem of production overhaul management of large-scale pump station vertical water pump unit， this paper mainly analyzes the huge size and complex components of large-scale pump station vertical water pump unit， and proves that the task of overhaul management is quite heavy. For this reason， the technical plan and management measures for the overhaul of large-scale pump units are expected to be put forward.
