數(shù)控加工中心六軸零件加工方向研究

[摘 要]當(dāng)產(chǎn)品形狀與構(gòu)造都朝著功能復(fù)合化、人性化和多樣走向發(fā)展時(shí),傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械加工技藝則已無從適應(yīng)當(dāng)前制造業(yè)加工要求。六軸零部件機(jī)械加工已成為機(jī)械化制造的主要內(nèi)容,若想達(dá)到新時(shí)期發(fā)展所提出的需求,就一定要加強(qiáng)對六軸零部件及定向機(jī)械加工等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面的研究。

[Abstract]When the shape and structure of products are developing vigorously towards functional compounding, humanization and diversification, the traditional machining techniques used for reference in the past are no longer able to adapt to the current manufacturing processing requirements. Machining of six-axis parts has become the main content of mechanized manufacturing. If we want to meet the needs of vigorous development in the new era, we must strengthen the research on key technologies such as six-axis parts and directional machining.
