門診營(yíng)養(yǎng)護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)晚期胃腸道腫瘤化療患者的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】目的：研究晚期胃腸道腫瘤化療患者在門診使用營(yíng)養(yǎng)護(hù)理干預(yù)的效果。方法：選取門診的100例晚期胃腸道腫瘤化療患者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)研究，分組后，每組50例，研究組使用營(yíng)養(yǎng)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)指標(biāo)對(duì)比差異不大，P>0.05；干預(yù)后，相較于對(duì)照組，研究組生活質(zhì)量與營(yíng)養(yǎng)指標(biāo)均明顯更優(yōu)，P
