【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of Orem’s self-care mode in nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）.Methods：A total of 72 patients with DN received by our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method.The control group received routine nursing （n=36），and the observation group used Orem’s self-care mode （n=36）.The intervention effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results：After intervention，the metabolic indexes in both groups were improved，and the metabolic indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P
