預(yù)見性護(hù)理在手足口病患兒中的應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】目的：分析針對手足口病患兒實(shí)施預(yù)見性護(hù)理的效果。方法：選取2022年1月—2023年7月本院兒科82例手足口病患兒，其中41例患兒采用預(yù)見性護(hù)理模式，設(shè)為A組；41例患兒采用常規(guī)兒科護(hù)理模式，設(shè)為B組。比較兩組手足口病患兒恢復(fù)效率、并發(fā)癥與患兒依從性。結(jié)果：A組發(fā)熱持續(xù)時(shí)間、肢體抖動持續(xù)時(shí)間與住院時(shí)間均短于B組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of implementing predictive nursing for children with hand，foot and mouth disease.Methods：A total of 82 children with HFMD in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected，among which，41 children received predictive nursing mode and set as group A；41 children received routine pediatric nursing mode and set as group B.The recovery efficiency，complications and compliance of the two groups of children with HFMD were compared.Results：The duration of fever and limb jitter and hospitalization time in group A were shorter than those in group B，and the differences were statistically significant （P
