黃帝內(nèi)針理論指導(dǎo)下針灸治療氣滯血瘀型頸椎病的臨床療效觀察

【摘要】目的：觀察黃帝內(nèi)針理論指導(dǎo)下針灸治療氣滯血瘀型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法：收集2021年7月—2022年8月本院接受治療的60例門診頸椎病患者的臨床資料。根據(jù)療法差別將其分為兩組，設(shè)定成對(duì)照組與試驗(yàn)組，各30例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)針刺治療；試驗(yàn)組采用黃帝內(nèi)針理論指導(dǎo)下針灸治療。對(duì)比兩組的臨床療效。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為96.67%（29/30），明顯高于對(duì)照組的76.67%（23/30），存在差異性（P
