【摘要】目的：對血細胞分離機行血細胞分離術(shù)及血漿置換治療時的護理體會進行評價。方法：選取研究時間段（2021年1月—2023年1月）內(nèi)采用血細胞分離機行血細胞分離術(shù)和血漿置換的50例患者，將患者分為常規(guī)護理的對照組和綜合護理的觀察組，每組25例，比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：護理后，觀察組護理滿意度明顯高于對照組，各項生活質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組，膽紅素及網(wǎng)織紅細胞均低于對照組，RBC和Hb均高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the nursing experience of blood cell separation and plasma exchange treatment using a blood cell separator.Methods：50 patients who underwent blood cell separation and plasma exchange using a blood cell separator during the study period （from January 2021 January 2023） were selected and divided into the control group with routine care and the observation group with comprehensive care，with 25 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the scores of various quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group，the bilirubin and reticulocytes were lower than those of the control group，and RBC and Hb were higher than those of the control group （P
