精準(zhǔn)護理干預(yù)在妊娠期高血壓疾病中的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】目的：分析精準(zhǔn)護理干預(yù)在妊娠期高血壓疾病中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取我院2021年3月—2023年3月收治的160例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者，隨機將其分為兩組，每組80例。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取精準(zhǔn)護理干預(yù)。比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組的睡眠質(zhì)量、社交能力、家務(wù)管理、機體狀態(tài)、精神狀態(tài)和交流評分比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護理后，兩組上述評分均降低（P0.05）；護理后，兩組上述評分均改善（P

妊娠期高血壓疾病在早期很難及時察覺，發(fā)病特征比較隱匿，主要由全身小動脈痙攣導(dǎo)致，常常在孕20周后發(fā)病，患者主要表現(xiàn)為蛋白尿、血壓升高和水腫等，而且會出現(xiàn)不同程度的惡心和頭暈，甚至昏迷、腎功能衰竭和抽搐等危急情況[1-2]。（剩余4137字）
