1例妊娠合并帶狀皰疹病毒感染致面部水皰破潰孕婦的護(hù)理

【摘要】總結(jié)1例妊娠合并帶狀皰疹病毒感染導(dǎo)致面部皮疹水皰破潰孕婦的護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。護(hù)理要點(diǎn)包括：疼痛的動(dòng)態(tài)全程評估和護(hù)理；依托多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，做好面部皮損快速愈合的護(hù)理；預(yù)防孕婦自身感染以及周圍人群的交叉感染的管理。經(jīng)過多學(xué)科協(xié)作，系統(tǒng)評估，科學(xué)護(hù)理，在滿足孕婦自身需求、解除其疼痛情況下，孕婦順利出院。

Nursing care of a pregnant woman with facial blister ulceration caused by herpes zoster virus infection

【Abstract】To summarize the nursing experience of a pregnant woman with herpes zoster virus infection leading to facial rash and blister ulceration.The key points of nursing include：dynamic full process evaluation and nursing of pain；Relying on interdisciplinary team cooperation， we aim to provide rapid healing care for facial skin lesions；Management of preventing self infection among pregnant women and cross infection among surrounding populations.After multidisciplinary collaboration，systematic evaluation，and scientific nursing，the pregnant woman was discharged smoothly while meeting her own needs and relieving her pain.

帶狀皰疹（herpes zoster）是由水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒（varicella-zoster virus，VZV）引起的，以沿單側(cè)周圍神經(jīng)分布的簇集性小水皰為特征，常伴有明顯的神經(jīng)痛。（剩余4197字）
