【摘要】目的：探討改良火龍灸治療寒濕型腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床效果。方法：隨機選取2021年3月—2023年10月我院收治的72例寒濕型腰椎間盤突出癥患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為兩組，每組36例，對照組接受推拿法治療，實驗組接受推拿聯(lián)合改良火龍灸治療。比較兩組治療效果。結果：治療前，兩組的JOA評分及VAS評分比較差異小，統(tǒng)計學無意義（P>0.05）；治療1個療程及2個療程后，實驗組的JOA評分均高于對照組，VAS評分均低于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of modified Huolong moxibustion on cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation.
