【摘要】目的：探討延續(xù)性護(hù)理對(duì)人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取30例接受人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)治療的患者，將患者分為對(duì)照組（n=15）與觀察組（n=15），對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)的護(hù)理辦法，觀察組采取延續(xù)性的護(hù)理辦法。比較兩組患者術(shù)后6個(gè)月和12個(gè)月的Harris評(píng)分和Barthel指數(shù)。結(jié)果：術(shù)后6個(gè)月和12個(gè)月，觀察組的Harris評(píng)分和Barthel指數(shù)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異顯著，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of continuous care on the quality of life of patients after artificial hip replacement surgery. Methods：30 patients who underwent artificial hip replacement surgery were selected and divided into the control group （n=15） and the observation group （n=15）.The control group received conventional nursing methods，while the observation group received continuous nursing methods.The Harris score and Barthel index of the two groups of patients at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were compared.
