【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing experience of patients with uremia caused by diabetes nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods：Forty patients with diabetes nephropathy were selected from our hospital，all of whom were treated with maintenance hemodialysis.According to the method of random grouping，they were divided into two groups，the control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.
