【摘要】目的：分析防旋股骨近端髓內(nèi)釘（PFNA）內(nèi)固定聯(lián)合個(gè)體化康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床價(jià)值。方法：選擇2021年1月—2022年1月的老年股骨粗隆間骨折患者共70例，隨機(jī)分組，對(duì)照組實(shí)施防旋股骨近端髓內(nèi)釘內(nèi)固定，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上增加個(gè)體化康復(fù)訓(xùn)練，比較兩組效果。結(jié)果：觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血總量和對(duì)照組比較無(wú)顯著差異（P>0.05）；觀察組術(shù)后活動(dòng)時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，髖關(guān)節(jié)功能Harris評(píng)分、視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分改善程度大于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical value of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（PFNA）internal fixation combined with individualized rehabilitation training in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods：A total of 70 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation internal fixation，and the observation group was treated with individualized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the operation time and total amount of bleeding（P>0.05）；The time of postoperative activity and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，the improvement of Harris score，visual analog score and quality of life score of hip joint function was greater than that in the control group，and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group（P
