壽胎丸加減方治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)合并宮腔積液初探

【摘要】壽胎丸首載于《醫(yī)學(xué)衷中參西錄》，是臨床治療先兆流產(chǎn)的最常用方劑，近年來，諸多醫(yī)家運(yùn)用壽胎丸加減方治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)合并宮腔積液取得了良好的療效，所以，本文整理了壽胎丸加減方治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)合并絨毛膜下血腫的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究，初步探討其臨床運(yùn)用，以期為臨床的治療工作提供科學(xué)性參考。

【Abstract】Shoutai pills were first published in the "Intergratlng Chinese and Western Mediclne"，which is the most commonly used prescription for the clinical treatment of threatened abortion，in recent years，many doctors have achieved good results in the treatment of early threatened abortion combined with uterine effusion by using Shoutaipills plus or minus，so this article organizes the relevant literature studies on the treatment of early threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma，and preliminarily discusses its clinical application，in order to provide scientific reference for clinical treatment.
