【摘要】目的：研究神經(jīng)肌肉電刺激在促進(jìn)子宮內(nèi)膜增厚、改善患者月經(jīng)過少方面的效果。方法：篩選出我院計劃生育門診2020年2月—2022年3月期間的92例終止妊娠患者，采用隨機(jī)編排數(shù)字原則分組，空白組不采取治療措施，治療組給予神經(jīng)肌肉電刺激療法，觀察兩組效果。結(jié)果：治療組術(shù)后2周及術(shù)后初次月經(jīng)來潮的前2d下腹疼痛癥狀緩解快，其VAS分值低，內(nèi)膜厚度增長快，陰道出血持續(xù)時間短，月經(jīng)復(fù)潮時間早，術(shù)后2周子宮內(nèi)膜血流分布處于Ⅲ級的病例數(shù)更多，后期出現(xiàn)經(jīng)量過少的患者概率低，滿意度水平更高，以上指標(biāo)較空白組而言優(yōu)勢突出（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in promoting endometrial thickening and improving patients’hypomenorrhea.Methods：A total of 92 patients with termination of pregnancy in the family planning clinic of our hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were screened and divided into groups according to the principle of random arrangement of numbers.The blank group did not take treatment measures，and the treatment group was given neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy.To observe the effects of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group，the symptoms of lower abdominal pain were relieved quickly at two weeks after the operation and two days before the first menstruation after the operation，the VAS score was lower，the endometrial thickness increased rapidly，the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter，the time of menstrual re-emergence was earlier，and the number of patients with endometrial blood flow distribution ingrade Ⅲ at two weeks after operation was more，and the probability of patients with hypomenorrhea in the later stage was lower，and the level of satisfaction was higher.Compared with the blank group，the above indicators had outstanding advantages（P
