分析兩種集中接種方法在數(shù)值化預(yù)防接種門診中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：研究分析兩種集中接種方法在數(shù)值化預(yù)防接種門診的應(yīng)用。方法：將2020年6月我院數(shù)值化預(yù)防接種門診集中接種采用5M1E分析法列為觀察組；2020年1月在我院數(shù)值化預(yù)防接種門診集中接種采用常規(guī)方法列為對照組；觀察對比兩組集中接種的情況。結(jié)果：從集中接種速度、平均接種耗時、醫(yī)務(wù)人員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)防護措施合格率、醫(yī)療廢物處置合格率、環(huán)境清潔與消毒合格率、接種人員滿意度、搶救藥品設(shè)備完好率等方面分析，觀察組集中接種的效果更佳，兩組對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the application of two centralized vaccination methods in the numerical vaccination clinic. Methods：In June 2020，the centralized vaccination of our hospital’s numerical vaccination clinic was listed as the observation group using the 5M1E analysis method；In January 2020，the centralized vaccination in our hospital’s numerical vaccination clinic was listed as the control group by conventional methods；To observe and compare the situation of centralized vaccination between the two groups. Results：From the analysis of centralized vaccination speed，average vaccination time，qualified rate of standard protective measures for medical staff，qualified rate of medical waste disposal，qualified rate of environmental cleaning and disinfection，satisfaction rate of inoculation personnel，and the intact rate of rescue medicine and equipment，the effect of centralized inoculation in the observation group was better，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P
