水環(huán)境中兩種氨氮檢測方法的比較與分析

Abstract:Ammonia nitrogen is one of the critical parameters in fishery water quality monitoring. This study employs the Chinese national standard method (Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry) and the HACH rapid detection method (salicylate spectrophotometry) to compare the accuracy of both detection approaches . By testing 5 standard ammonia nitrogen solutions with known concentrations,analyze the advantages,limitations,and applicable scopes of these two methodologies. The results showed that the overall stability of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry was higher than that of salicyltae spectrophotometry. Salicylate spectrophotometry can be used as a reference method for general testing or emergency outdoor testing. The Nesser's reagent spectrophotometric method is stillpreferred for laboratory testing.

氨氮是無機營養(yǎng)鹽的一種1,在水中以游離氨( NH3 )和銨離子( NH4+ )形式存在,一般以NH4-N 表示[2-3],兩種形式的組成比決定于水的pH 值和溫度,一般情況, pH 值及水溫愈高,游離氨的比例愈高,對水生生物的毒性愈強。(剩余2221字)
