Antibacterial Effectofrose essential oilon Enterobacter cloacae isolated from sturgeon ?
YANG Wenjing1,MIAO Qiang1, XIA Mingxue1, SUI Aishan1,WANG Xiaolei2, SUI Zhihai1 (1.ColegeofLifcesofUvsity;lgeouatiofUvsity) Abstract:A dominant strain was isolated from tisues of the diseased hybrid sturgeon and the moist,small and protruding,translucent round white colonies were formed on LB plate. The 16S rRNA gene sequence and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the isolated strain shared the 99.79% identity with Enterobacter cloacae PHLTA -11 and was on the same branch with PHLTA -11 and E . cloacae PFl09X. Therefore,the isolated strain was identified as E cloacae. The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of rose essential oil (REO) against the isolated strain were 5μL/mL and 10μL/mL ,respectively. The antibacterial effect of REO was in a dose-dependent manner.
