A Study on Compaction Quality Control Methods for Rock-Soil Mixed Subgrades

Abstract: [Purposes] To address issues such as post-construction settlement induced by the difficulty in controlling compaction quality of soil-rock mixture subgrades,this study employs FLAC 3D simulation software to establish a compaction quality model for soil-rock mixed subgrades.Through numerical simulation calculations.The control methods for enhancing the stability of soil-rock mixture subgrades are analyzed.[Methods] By incorporating a random aggregate generation program, multiple soil-rock mixed subgrade models are developed.Through simulating the compaction process,the correlation between compaction-induced settlement and compaction degree was discussed,and compaction quality control methods were proposed from both single-layer and multi-layer perspectives.[Findings] The results demonstrate that soil-rock mixture subgrades exhibit over 50% improvement in strength and stability compared to homogeneous soil subgrades.[Conclusions] Combined with practical engineering cases,the FLAC 3D simulation software has been validated for its rationality in analyzing compaction-induced settlement and compaction degree of soil-rock mixed subgrades,aligning with quality control specifications for road engineering construction.The research results can provide guidance and reference for relevant engineering practices.

不同土石混合料因土體、石塊含量、級(jí)配等條件因素不同,其抗壓強(qiáng)度也存在差異,為后續(xù)路基施工帶來(lái)潛在的不均勻沉降風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而影響道路整體平整度,甚至產(chǎn)生縱向、橫向裂縫,嚴(yán)重降低道路工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量。(剩余6697字)
