Optimization Research on Fluid Measurement Accuracy of Electronic Display Water Meters for Intelligent Water Systems

Abstract: [Purposes] In response to the high demand for flow monitoring accuracy in current smart water systems,an accuracy optimization method for electronic display water meters based on improvements in fluid measurement technology is proposed.[Methods] Based on the ultrasonic transit-time fluid measurement principle,this study analyzed the impact of pipeline flow field distribution on measurement accuracy,investigated the hardware architecture of electronic display water meters,proposed a measurement sequence filtering algorithm and an error curve correction algorithm,and planned the future development in combination with the requirements of the inteligent water system.[Findings] The optimized measurement sequence filtering algorithm efectively reduced the interference of abnormal data on measurement results,while the error curve correction algorithm improved the accuracy of flow measurement under complex flow field conditions.[Conclusions] The research results provide significant theoretical support for high-precision fluid measurement of electronic water meters in intelligent water afairs systems.
