河南省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效益評價問題及對策研究

摘 要：科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)乎國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)，評價是科技活動的指揮棒。為落實科技評價機制改革，通過相關(guān)理論分析與實踐研究，針對河南省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的現(xiàn)狀及評價存在的問題，提出科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效益評價的對策建議，完善河南省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化評價機制，引導(dǎo)和促進科技成果高質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)化。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Evaluation of the Technology Transfer in Henan Province

Abstract： The technology transfer is an important way for national innovation driven development， and evaluation is the baton of scientific and technological activities. In order to implement the reform of scientific and technological evaluation， through theoretical and practical research， this paper puts forward some suggestions on the evaluation of the technology transfer in Henan Province. It is conducive to improve the evaluation mechanism of the technology transfer in Henan Province and promote technology transfer to achieve high-quality development.
