Study on Optimized Cultivation and Fertilization Model of Radix Isatidis Based on '3414'Design in Dryland Areasof Central Gansu

Abstract:Inorder toexploretheefectsofoptimizedcultivationandfertilizationmodelsontheyield,quality,andeconomic benefitsofRadixIsatidisiedyandareaofntralGansu,te'3414'expimentaldsignsoptdwithtrogn,spos, andpotassiumasmainefectivefactorstoestablishanoptimalfertilizationscheme.Resultsshowedthatfertlizationmodels significantlyetedgrooicaactes,ldntealualityndooicefiteltingurntactoorield and economic return followed the order N>P>K .Amongall treatments,the highest average yield (1O 765.41kg/ha) was obtained with application rates of N 217.08 kg/ha, P205 119.87 kg/ha,and K2O 57.27 kg/ha-an increase of 55.3% compared to the control (no fertilizer).Thesame treatmentalsoachievedthehighesteconomicreturn,withavalueoutputof43O61.64Yuan/haandneicome increaseof1313.51Yuanhacomparedtothecontrol.Underoptimizedfertlization,the(R,S)-goitrincontentofRadixIsatidis generallymetorexceded thestandardsof thePharmacopoeiaofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Atemaryquadraticequation predictedthatthemaximumfertilizationrateforhighestyield(1O76582kg/ha)wouldbeN323.39g/ha,PO5115.7kg/aand K2O77.71 kg/ha.The optimal fertilization rate wasN 239.96 kg/ha, P205 78.43kg/ha,and K2O 44.58 kg/ha,yielding10 388.07kg/ haItisrecommendedtatthisoptialfrtilizationmodelbeadoptedforstandardizedproductionofRdixIsatidisinenalGansu's dryland region.

板藍(lán)根為十字花科植物菘藍(lán)(IsatisindigoticaFort.)的干燥根[1-2],主要含有生物堿類、黃酮類、有機(jī)酸類、甾醇類、氨基酸、堿基及核苷類、蒽醌、香豆素等多種化合物,具有清熱解毒,涼血利咽的功效[2-4]。(剩余9494字)
