Abstract:To providebiocontrol strainresources for high-eficiencyandsafe microbial pesticides,theendophytic Bacilus subtilisY3-3,strainithidaliocontrolotentialsolatefromaizlaveasdentifidndtermentationondisee optimized.Thisstudyprovidedtechnicalparametersandatheoreticalbasisoncontrolmaizediseasesasbiocontrolagents.The inhibitionfstoicEoe melonis,V andFusariumoxysporumf.sp.vesinfectum.)wasmeasuredbytheduralculture methodTheresultsshowed that ithadgood antagonistic effect,and the inhibition rate against 1O pathogenic fungi was (53.19±3.78) % to (81.94±1.54) % ,showing good biocontrol potential.Acdigtooicalndeealys,sdntfdilustiId optimizethefermentationconditions,theoptimizationexperimentofcultureconditions wascariedout.Theresultsshowedthatthe optimalulturete,mpeature,atioalspeed,p,ndlqdvomeer3d27C,5Orin7nd9Oespectielye optimal combination of fermentation medium was15 g/L mannitol, 2 . 5 g / L peptone,7.5 g/L potassium nitrate,and 5 . 0 g / L calcium carbonate.
