德政導師在高層次創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的作用探析

摘  要：研究生教育是我國培養(yǎng)高層次創(chuàng)新人才的重要途徑。導師是研究生教育和培養(yǎng)第一責任人，是影響研究生培養(yǎng)質量的關鍵因素。根據德政導師在研究生培養(yǎng)過程中的任務和使命，在研究生培養(yǎng)過程中對德政導師發(fā)揮的作用進行探析。

Abstract： Graduate education is an important way to train high-level innovative talents in our country. Supervisor is the first person responsible for graduate training and the key factor affecting the quality of graduate training. On the basis of analyzing the mission and responsibility of the moral and ideological education supervisor in the course of graduate training， this paper probed into the role of the moral and ideological education supervisor in the course of graduate training.
