摘    要:本文以2100DWT內(nèi)河多用途貨船動(dòng)力改造項(xiàng)目為案例,根據(jù)船東的改造需求及CCS船級(jí)社關(guān)于LNG動(dòng)力船舶設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)要求,結(jié)合內(nèi)河貨船特性及相關(guān)布置,對(duì)LNG儲(chǔ)罐布置、危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域劃分及相關(guān)總布置調(diào)整、改造船舶完整穩(wěn)性校核等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,完成整船改造項(xiàng)目,得到船東及船級(jí)社的好評(píng),可為后續(xù)柴油動(dòng)力貨船改造為L(zhǎng)NG燃料動(dòng)力船提供借鑒

Design and Analysis of LNG Fuel Power Retrofit for a 2 100 DWT Inland River Multipurpose Cargo Vessel

Abstract:  This paper takes the power conversion project of the 2 100 DWT inland river multi-purpose cargo ship as a case study. According to the conversion demand of the ship owner and the relevant requirements of CCS Classification Society on LNG-powered ship design, and in combination with the characteristics of the inland river cargo ship and the relevant arrangement, the key technologies such as the LNG storage tank arrangement, the classification of the hazardous area and the relevant adjustment of the general arrangement and the intact stability calibration of the retrofitted vessel are analysed and calculated, so as to complete the whole ship conversion project. The project has been well received by the ship owner and classification society, and can provide reference for the subsequent transformation of diesel-powered cargo ships into LNG-fuelled vessels.
