摘    要:本文結(jié)合作者單位研制的30萬噸級(jí)油船單點(diǎn)系泊系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭實(shí)際情況,綜合考慮海上單點(diǎn)系泊輸油對旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭軸承提出的特殊需求,對旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭軸承承受的環(huán)境載荷進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,同時(shí)開展技術(shù)型式論證以及承載能力校核,最終確定了面向復(fù)雜海況的輸油旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭的軸承。

Selection of Oil Transfer Swivel Bearings for Complex Sea Condition

Abstract: In this paper, based on the actual situation of swivel device of single point mooring system for 300,000-ton oil tanker developed by the author’s company, and comprehensively considering the special requirements of offshore single point mooring oil transfer on swivel device bearing, the environmental load borne by swivel device bearings was calculated and analyzed, and the technical type demonstration and bearing capacity verification were carried out. Finally, the bearing type of the oil transfer rotary joint for complex sea conditions was determined.

1     引言

海上單點(diǎn)系泊輸油系統(tǒng),是指系泊在系泊點(diǎn)的油船,隨著風(fēng)、浪和海流的變化而繞著單點(diǎn)自由回轉(zhuǎn),從而始終地處于風(fēng)、浪、流合力最小方向的系泊輸油系統(tǒng)[1]。(剩余3760字)
