石鐘寺區(qū)石窟功德主研究
——以第1、2窟供養(yǎng)人造像為中心

內(nèi)容摘要:供養(yǎng)人造像是舍資造窟的功德主及其親屬禮佛供養(yǎng)的圖像。通過(guò)對(duì)劍川石窟石鐘寺區(qū)第1、2窟供養(yǎng)人造像的圖像配置與細(xì)節(jié)特征進(jìn)行比較分析,重新澄清此兩窟主像的人物身份,從而劃定了石窟功德主的考察范圍,并將在具體的時(shí)間、空間和社會(huì)情境中展開(kāi)討論,以期對(duì)關(guān)于石鐘寺區(qū)石窟功德主問(wèn)題作出合理的解釋。

Research on the Donors of the Caves in the Shizhongsi Area
—Focusing on the Statues of Donors in Caves 1 and 2

Abstract:Donor statues are depictions of the local figures, and often their relatives, who donated money to support the construction of religious caves and provide offerings to the Buddha. This paper presents a comparative research of the features and overall configuration of the donor statues in caves 1 and 2 in the Shizhongsi area, so as to confirm the identities of the two main statues in each of the caves and then define the scope of investigation necessary to further understand these patrons. The study concludes with a discussion of the significance of the caves in the context of its era, location and social background in an effort to explain the motives that the donors acted on when they decided to support the construction of the caves.
