Abstract：ThisarticleproposesabioremediationtechnologyforruraldomesticsewageandaquaculturewastewaterpolutionNitrogen fixingbacteriaandphotosyntheticbacteriawereselectedasthemainrawmaterialsforbioremediation，andPDA + yeast extract was used astheculturemedum.Tetwostrainswereconentratedandpurifiedtoanalyzethefectsofiologicalagents，thdosageofiogical agents，andteombinatioofratioadicrobialagentsonteectivenssofwateremediationTeexperimentalesultsowed that when the addition amount of A bacterial agent was 10g/L ，the TN removal rate was the highest at 43.26% .In addition，the combinationof water exposure and bacterial agent showed varying degrees of increase in TP content in theearly stageof the experiment（before the4thday），andsowedsignificantdowwardtrendintelaterstagofteexperimentDuetothincreaseindisoedoygco tent in the water，it is conducive to the reduction reactionand better sedimentation adsorption effect.

前言

隨著農(nóng)村城市化加速，生活、工業(yè)及農(nóng)業(yè)污水排放激增，且因?yàn)檗r(nóng)村區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對滯后，河道管理缺乏科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃，對河道內(nèi)污染物排放缺乏有效控制，導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村河道污染嚴(yán)重，破壞了水生態(tài)環(huán)境，黑臭河道污染面積廣，進(jìn)而影響了城市居民的生活質(zhì)量[1]。（剩余4856字）
