Abstract:Thenoisepolutiongeneratedbyofshorewindpowerplatformsnotonlyafectsthesurrounding marineecologicalenviron ment,butmayalsointerferewiththelivesandworkofnearbyresidents.Inresponsetotissiuation,alownoisepolutiodesigand applicationresearchforofshorewindpowerplatformscombiningSEAandFEwillbeconducted.Takingacertainofshorewindpower platformasanexample,theFE-SEAhybridmethodisusedforumericalsimulationtoobtainthenoisepresurelevelsofvariousfre quencybands.Foreachtypeofnoisesource,diferentmethodsareusedforlowoisedesigntoachievenoisereduction.Thenoisedata beforeandafteroptimizationwerecomparedtoverifythenoisereductionefect.Theresultsshowthatnoiseeductionmeasureseduced sound pressure levels significantlyat all points,demonstrating their effectiveness.
