AbstractObjective：Toobservetheefectofdoctor-nurse-patientlinkageenhancedrecoveryinterventionontherehabilitationof patientsafterlumbar endoscopicsurgery.Methods：Atotalof1O5patientswhoreceived minimallinvasive treatmentforlumbardisc herniationinourhospitalfromJanuary2O21toOctober2023wererandomlydividedintoroutinenursinggroup（52cases）andlinkage nursinggroup（53ases）andoutineursigandenhancedrecoveryinterventionursingereprovidedrespectively.Theselfgitio ofdisease knowledge，self-managementbehaviorJapaneseOrthopaedicAssociation（JOA）score，OswestryDisabilityIndex（ODsoe andnursingsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweethetwogroups beforeandaftersurgery.Results：Three monthsafteroperation，the scoresofdisease knowledgeself-ognition，diseaseself-managementbehavior，JOAscoreandnursingsatisfactioninlnkagenursing group werehigherthanthose inconventionalnursinggroup.AndtheODIscorewaslowerthanthat inconventionalnursinggroup（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion：Theaplicationofdoctornurse-patintinkageenhancedrecovery interventionforpatientsafterlumbaredoscopic surgeryouldicreasepatintsoginlevelofteiseaseproveelfaagementabiltromoteostoprativelumbaruction recovery，improve clinical symptoms，and improve patients'satisfaction toward nursing work.
