AbstractObjetive：Toexploretheconstructionofadiversifiedqualityevaluationsystemandimprovementpath forhigherVocational nursing education.Methods：The SERVQUALmodelwas aplied toconstruct thequality evaluationscaleof higher vocationalursing education.Themainfactorsifluencingthequalityofhighervocationalnursingeducationwereanalyzed.Forthemaininfluencngfactos， the training path of "1.5-year college + 1.5-year teaching hospital apprenticeship system" was proposed for educational reform.The assessmentsores，mploymentsituations，knowledgeandskillevels，ndsatisfactionofgraduatesbeforeandaftertheeducational reformwereevaluatedthroughquestionnairesandinterviews.Results：Aftertheimplementationofteachingreform，graduatesmajorigin nursinginigrvoaioalsdiatlimproedisfplntuatiosilleelandtisfactoois The reformmeasuresofhighervocationalnursingeducationandteachinguderthebackgroundofmedical-educationalcollborationhad asignificant fectoniprovingthequalityofursingeucatin.Itcouldprovideareferenceforexploringtheimprovementofthequality ofhighervocationalnursingeducationandthecutivationofappliednursingtalentsunderthebackgroundofdepeningthemedicaleducational collaboration.
