棗瘋病病原的鑒定及致病機(jī)理研究

摘 要：棗瘋病在我國(guó)普遍發(fā)生，會(huì)造成棗園（棗樹(shù)）減產(chǎn)甚至絕產(chǎn)，嚴(yán)重威脅我國(guó)棗產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。本文從形態(tài)學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)認(rèn)知分類、活體培養(yǎng)保藏、檢測(cè)鑒定、致病機(jī)理共4個(gè)維度，系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了1947年以來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)棗瘋病病原的研究，以期為今后棗抗病品種的培育、特效專效農(nóng)藥及綠色防控新技術(shù)的研發(fā)提供參考。

Studies on the Identification and Pathogenesis of Jujube Witches’ Broom

Abstract： Jujube witches’ broom （JWB） is a widespread disease in China， leading to reduced or even complete loss of yield in jujube orchards， posing a severe threat to the healthy development of the jujube industry in China. This paper systematically summarized and evaluated the research on the pathogen JWB in China since 1947 from four aspects： morphological and molecular biological identification， live culture preservation， detection and identification， and pathogenic， to provide a reference for the future development of disease-resistant varieties， specific and effective pesticides， and new technologies for green control.
