Simulation experiment and engineering verification of grouting diffusion in loess strata

Abstract: To study the diffusion law of cement slurry in loess strata and the grouting repair effct of hollowing diseases,taking a comprehensive pipeline corridor project as the research background,threefactor three-level orthogonal experimental design is used to construct multiple sets of loess experiment conditions,and the sensitivity of factors such as grouting pressure, water cement ratio,and grouting aperture to the grouting effct of loess strata is analyzed. COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to simulate and analyze the diffsion law of cement slurry,and the grouting efect under the optimal grouting factors is verified by combining the radar spectra before and after grouting in actual engineering. The results show that: the factors affecting the grouting reinforcement effct are grouting pressure,water cement ratio,and grouting aperture in order;the diffusion radius of cement slurry is positively correlated with grouting pressure,water cement ratio,and grouting aperture;and an empirical function model of slurry difusion radius with grouting pressure,water cement ratio,and grouting aperture is established by regression analysis;the geological radar image analysis of the engineering case confirms that the cement slurry has achieved the expected goal of hidden diseases repairing.
