Multidiscipline numerical optimization of a certain body based on response surface method

Abstract: In order to balance the noise,vibration,harshness (NVH) performance and quality of a specific vehicle model,the NVH performance multidisciplinary optimization of the vehicle body is studied by response surface method. First, the basic performances of BIP mode,trimmed body(TB)dynamic stifess and noise transfer function(NTF)are analyzed; then,the body sheet metal material thickness as design variables,design of experiment(DOE)is carried out by optimal Latin method;finally,through secondary development and mode tracking,optimized responses are obtained,response surface models are created,and multi-disciplinary optimization is conducted. The results show that the weight of the car body is reduced by 7.4kg and the rate of lightweight is 3.8% :

0 引言
其中,噪聲、振動和粗糙度(noise、vibration、harshness,NVH)性能是整車性能非常重要的參數(shù),而模態(tài)、動剛度和噪聲傳遞函數(shù)(noisetransfer在汽車研發(fā)過程中,車身性能的優(yōu)化至關重要,function,NTF)是判斷車身NVH性能好壞的3個重要指標[1]
為實現(xiàn)更優(yōu)的車身質(zhì)量和性能,必須采用先進的優(yōu)化方法。(剩余5193字)
