Thermal deformation control and analysis of large temperature difference interface of high precision remote sensing camera

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of thermal deformation on the instalation surface of multispectral imager for inshore(MII) mounted on the first Sustainable Development Goals Satellite(SDGSAT-1),which affects he imaging quality of the MII,the structure and thermal optimization design of the installation of the MIl are carried out.On this basis,the temperature distribution and thermal deformation of the satellite under two extreme conditions of high temperature and low temperature are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum distortion of the installation surface of the MIIis O.044 mm at low temperature and 0.034mm at high temperature. By controlling the thermal deformation of the installtion interface,through ground testing and on-orbit verification,itis confirmed that the on-orbit dynamic modulation transfer function(MTF) of the MI is≥O.1,which meets the requirements.
