教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)助力教師專業(yè)發(fā)展
——兼議《國(guó)際中文教師專業(yè)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的服務(wù)功能
提 要 制定教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目的不僅是為了評(píng)價(jià)教師和組織教師資質(zhì)考試或認(rèn)定,更重要的是為國(guó)際中文教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供支持?!秶?guó)際中文教師專業(yè)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》通過(guò)展示教師成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)階、明確教師職業(yè)責(zé)任、指引教師發(fā)展路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)助力國(guó)際中文教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的服務(wù)功能。

Abstract The purpose of formulating the Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers is not only to evaluate teachers and to organize teacher qualification examinations or certifications, but more importantly to provide support for the professional development of international Chinese language teachers. The Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers realize the service function of improving the professional development of international Chinese language teachers by demonstrating the progression of teacher development, clarifying the professional responsibilities of teachers, and guiding the paths of professional development of teachers.

一、教師標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的功能定位
2022年8月26日,世界漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)正式發(fā)布了由教育部中外語(yǔ)言交流合作中心提出的《國(guó)際中文教師專業(yè)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“《能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》”)。(剩余7657字)
